Picture makes it very tough to see autographs. However, based on the medium, I am not sure it would be worth forger's time to fake that piece.

The 1968 Cardinals don't have anyone on them worth forging except Roger Maris. With this being a newspaper photo I don't think it would be a real in demand item like a baseball or more appealing team photo would be to forge.
Just my opinion.
Personally I wouldn't buy it . It just isn't that nice to me for my collection but you don't see 1968 Cardinal items very often either.
