			Howard, the example you cite is right-on rancid.  For a '57 Topps, PSA 4 is never ultra high-grade. For several of the regional / food issues, low high grade can definitely begin below EXCELLENT 5. For common Topps, forget about it. He's obviously using enticing verbiage to attract buyers, or rather, a buyer. ---- Brian Powell |
