I have been trying to post some autograph pictures from my desktop computer without success.
I click the paperclip, browse through my photos, click the photo, click upload and each time it says upload failed. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG

Usually that means the file is too large. Try shrinking it and try again.

Correct you got to take the photos in a smaller format to make it work

If you have windows, open up "Paint", then open the photo you want within paint, and hit resize. Save it as the same name but add a 1 or something like that. Then you can do what you were originally doing to add it online.

re-size to under 2 MB.
