Default Brad Pencil - Nice guy
A guy by the name of Brad Pencil from Illinois and or Florida just tried to sell me a T206 Cobb PSA 6 for 1/10 the retail... could this be the same one that was exposed here ? His ebay username is OLDVINTAGECARDBOARD
Who should I report this to ?
