Ok, so Jameis Winston gets a 3 game suspension. Normally, I wouldn't be too concerned, but Tampa opens up at New Orleans, then hosts the Eagles and Steelers. That's as brutal a starting schedule as I can think of. Do the Bucs just run their backup out there (and probably start 0-3 in a division with New Orleans, Atlanta, and Carolina), or is it time to go get a legit starter? Is it time to cut bait with Jameis?

They never should have drafted him in the first place. I've never been impressed on the field, and off the field, let's just say he's an idiot - that's putting it lightly. There is a reason the NFL has the reputation it does.

If it was that easy to go find a starter better than Winston Kirk Cousins wouldn't be making 28m per year. They're stuck with him for now.

It's currently easy to find a halfway decent starting quarterback.
They just have to be willing to sign him, which after Winston should be less of a problem. |
