No - they use stock photos that are Upper Deck authenticated (you can see the hologram there) but you will receive a fake photo. This is a large forgery outfit in my opinion, and it has been asked about before on here I believe or other collector sites.

It’s a bait and switch, they show you a real
UDA stock photo and ship you some other garbage.
