Here is a bargain T206 Wagner "proof" card. Seller says the price should SKYROCKET if you send it in to PSA...SMH

I'm not always the smartest person but wouldn't a printers plate be like a reverse negative?

Solid black outline. Solid letters. Not! Completely modern printing on a 1909 printing plate. Total BS.
