Help identify a japanese menko please
I stumbled across this Menko card in my collection recently and I have no idea who the player is, the set, nothing about the card. Can anyone help identify the player or have any information regarding the set?

1948 Menko JRM20 Japanese GIICHIRO SHIRAKI, there is one currently on Ebay

Although it is most likely Shiraki the text only says Kyuei (team's name) and Pitcher.
