Default M101-4/5 Everybody’s ad back - what does “type 1” mean here?

I was contacted recently about this M101-4/5 Everybody’s Ad back card - a real beauty and quite rare too.

But I am perplexed by what the “type 1” designation added her by PSA means for this card? I’m familiar with this designation of “type one” for photographs, but not sure exactly what it means for a card.

I’m going to do a little investigative research in Chicago this week! But before we head to the airport, I wanted to ask the question here to see if others might be familiar with what this designation means in this particular case.

Thx all

Jeff
