I know from your other post that you dont have any experience in this,but your price here is about 2 zeroes too high.
Heritage sold a Yankees on deck circle from 1970 for 18k earlier this year. I would be surprised if this got half of that because its not the Yankees and its a road teams circle. Private sale and collector's item
This sign has Wrigley Field provenance. Unlike this sign, the 1970 Yankees sign has no autographs. I do appreciate the reference, but auction prices dont always reflect an items true value. Some may value it less due to size and shipping, while others may value it more, and I can deliver it myself with my CDL license and charge additional shipping and handling if needed.

A few very common autographs doesnt increase the value from the low 4 figures to the high six figuresyou had some very knowledgeable experts give you a lot of good advice on pricing and options and Im just suggesting you take some of that advice or youll never find a buyer.

No matter how far off you feel somebody is on the price, its in extremely poor taste to comment on the price. You dont like it, move on. Or make an offer. Or tell them privately. Full disclosure, I have no skin in the game

Well he did say it's "negotiable," so that's good.
It is a very cool item, but yeah, it's probably not worth as much as three brand new Bentleys or a very nice home pretty much anywhere on Earth.

I’ve got to say….. all pricing logic aside….. this guy has taken one hell of a pounding here and kept his decorum intact. Lesser men would ( and have many times in the past) told everyone to shove it and quit Net54. So congratulations to him on that and of course GLWTS !!!

Am I the only one bothered by people talking about the prices? I was taught, when I first joined Net54, that it’s in extremely poor taste to comment on someone’s pricing (whether you agree or disagree with it). I’m surprised Leon has not stepped in yet. This guy can ask whatever he wants for it, and it’s not cool to comment on it.

So you originally asked for opinions about this item as you were new to Net54, and I would assume to sports memorabilia. A lot of people commented on your original post and the price estimates that were mentioned were in the $1000-3500 range. You took all this information and proceeded to list it at $675,000!!!! You have now marked it down to $95,000 but are negotiable to serious buyers.
In the sports collectibles market, comps are what an item sell for, whether it’s an auction or a private sale. Auction comps are used all the time to price items, your logic that it’s not relevant is incorrect. I had posted an older Wrigley Field on deck circle that sold for $1200 in 2018 which is old, but a good reference point. Someone mentioned the 1970’s Yankee stadium on deck circle that was auctioned off for $18,300 earlier this year. It was also posted that that exact same Yankee on deck circle was auctioned off again this year and it only fetched $3050. All this information is available online at Heritage auctions. So the latest sale price for a similar type of on deck circle that similar to yours is in the $3000 range. Your autographs add some value but most definitely not worth a multiple of what an on deck circle would sell for. I’m not an autograph collector but I would say that the autographs would add less than $1,000 to the value. It doesn’t raise is exponentially. You can ask whatever you want for an item but I can tell you that I was trying to give you a “realistic estimate” for your on deck circle. I have no interest in purchasing it as I don’t collect Reds items but if I did I would be interested as it’s a nice piece. Also, I do own an on deck circle that I paid $600 for.

I get your viewpoint, but you’re talking like auction comps are the law of the land when anyone who’s been around this hobby long enough knows they swing all over the place. One sale at $18k and a turnover at $3k doesn’t set the value it just shows how inconsistent auctions can be depending on timing, bidders, and the venue. Which you and i had spoke about and YOU stated a circle sold for 18 grand then said the value of mine was 3 grand based on comp but then offer slightly above the comp price. So what are we really talking about here?🤷🏾*♂️🤷🏾*♂️🤷🏾*♂️
