Default Doing fine, but damn....

Well, a heart attack is one life experience I would have been happy to skip.

Oddly what's been rough is the meds for diabetes that kept me up for most of a week and a half with acid reflux and gassiness.

Already making some big changes, and probably some hobby ones too. Tons of stuff I was already thinking of offloading, mostly junk first. Like why do I have a hundred or two cards from most mid 2000s Topps sets? If I want the set I can get it cheaper than what I need to finish it.

My father had some heart issues a couple of years ago, only for them to be fixed and for him to have a stroke. If they put you on any blood thinners, please, watch your blood pressure. A random spike could lead to the same thing that afflicted my father.

Thankfully he's mostly okay now. Not as fast as he used to be but still getting around.

Hang in there Steve. Get rid of all the junk stuff - it's hard because I kept them for years. Keep the ones you covet.

Wishing the best in your recovery.

Wishing you a quick recovery. I get the it is hard to part with even the junk of the junk. I got rid of several 100 thousand cards a few years ago. That only made a small dent as I have an entire room full of stuff I have been going to downsize for a decade or two.

I started Mounjaro(lowest dose) 2 months ago and my sleep has sucked since then, luckily few other side effects.

Best of health to you!! Speedy recovery. I work with some unhealthy individuals and it scares me alot to think I could be in their shoes one day. Enjoy every moment that makes you happy

Steve, it was great to meet you at the Wilmington show last month after enjoying so many of your informative posts over the years. I hope your recovery goes well.
