Paypal refunds to credit cards issue

A seller refunded my purchase price, paid with a credit card. The refund shows as complete in the paypal history but my credit card issuer has nothing showing. The Paypal help info says it can take up to 30 days for the refund to hit your card. Has anyone else dealt with this situation?
