Dustin Thompson I have recently purchased some really nice vintage cards (and modern) from a man that just recently inherited a HUGE collection from his grandfather. Well, there was an odd Ty Cobb card in there that I thought was just junk -mainly because I had never seen one and it looked like something that was cut out of an old magazine - so I passed on it. Very thin paper, but in good condition. When I got home, I typed in Cobb National Caramel on eBay and saw one PSA 1 in completed. I have found the sizes of these cards, but I really need to know the thickness or at least what type of paper. I have picked-up some nice cards from this man, and I really doubt this card to be a reproduction, I just thought it to be cut from a magazine or something...oh well. It is still there, and I could get it with no problem. Thanks, and email or post with any answers or help. Also, some of the vintage I picked-up from this gentleman are (all are for trade/sell - large scans of front and back are:
Goudey BENNY BENGOUGH rc (# 1)
Bowman WILLIE MAYS (# 218)
Bowman Color MICKIE MANTLE (# 59) - I have two, but one is really rough.
Topps HANK AARON rc (# 128)
Topps AL KALINE rc (# 301)
Topps SANDY KOUFAX rc (# 123)
Topps MICKEY MANTLE (# 135)
Topps MICKEY MANTLE (# 95)
Thank you for your time.
