Hal Chase...HOF in the future?

Has Chase ever even been on a ballot? Anybody think he could ever get in one day in the future?

Who was the last player with a T206 card to be in a ballot? I'm guessing Vic Willis...didn't know if any have been after that....and I'm guessing if they havent been on a ballot by now, they wont ever be.
