SGC Question

This is my first time using them, just checked and my grades popped. Do they send you a email with your USPS tacking # ? I know PSA & BGS does, used GAI when they just started up ,and no email. One more thing I asked them to slab the card authentic even if it was altered. I'm not to familiar with them will they do that. The cards are all PC I just want them protected. Lastly what does O-S mean?
