Oversized American Beauty

Is there such a thing? I sent this in to sgc and it came back as trimmed. I hadn't paid a whole lot of attention to it other than hoping it would come back as vg. After getting it back and inspecting it, I noticed the borders were kind of wavy, but then I noticed how large the borders were for an American Beauty. Possibly hand cut?
