WARNING FOR OTHERS!! USPS package taken from drop box!!
It appears as though I am the victim of a mail theft at one of our local post offices!! I mailed out 3 packages to customers on Saturday, Feb 15th using a local drop box. 2 of the 3 packages got a scan that same day, showed tracking hits throughout the delivery process, and both got delivered on Tuesday, Feb 18th. The third package - nothing. It looks like I never dropped it off, although it was in the drop box with the other two! I think someone on the inside has taken the package! This is just a reminder for everyone to hand all packages to a local clerk and get them scanned in at time of drop off.

Well...with no scan, and the buyer claiming he never got it, I have no choice but to refund. The tracking still is a total blank page two weeks later.
