| My T206 Johnny Kling Back Run

Finally completed my T206 Johnny Kling back run (technically it was months ago, but I didn't have a proper scanner). Better scans are on my site:http://www.collectorfocus.com/collection/schneids Thanks to all the folks here who have helped me with this project. It took a little over a year. I found the toughest variations were the Old Mill, EPDG, SC 150 F25, and Sov 150. I know there's a lot of other T206 back run threads, but I'd love to see yours, even if they are a work in progress. Thats a great looking run congratulations on completing it! I keep hearing in alot of these runs that the Old Mill is amongst the toughest.

Yes! I was waiting for your official post, I absolutely love the run! That Old Mill really shines, too. I am 3/11 for the run myself, with another on the way. As a Klinger, which one took the longest to find? eBay has had really slim pickings as of late NJ |

I've been working on a Merkle portrait back run for 4 years. I completed it three years ago, except for the Old Mill.

Old Mill and EPDG took the longest to find, but a couple of the Sweet Caps were pretty difficult. I recommend keeping an eye on any SC back Kling that pops up. Good luck collecting!

That Dahlen back run is incredible! What were the hardest to find for your Dahlen run? I'm guessing the Old Mill. And I can imagine the Pied 350 Lundgren was really tough. Quote:

Love the Chase Blue Port back run Chris! I have both of the Chase Blue Port Sovereigns...but I think I'll just have to live vicariously through your collection. You have one of my favorite T206 back runs.

Here, by popular demand, is my Merkle portrait back run. I can't put it in a neat grid, so this is the best I can do. I really like the way that Kling run looks in matching holders, so I'm going to do the same thing after I finish the run with the Old Mill. But for now, here goes: scan0003.jpg scan0004.jpg |

Awesome looking Merkle portrait! Starting out I was strongly considering a Merkle back run. I love that portrait. Best of luck with the Old Mill. And the Throwing run is just jaw dropping.
