			Does anybody know who this is? (m101-4) card says Oscar Stange but it isnt. Old card board says Charles Schmidt but I don't think is him either.

			As noted, it's Boss Schmidt.  This is really an m101-5 question, not m101-4, as the F&B card shown aligns with m101-5.  Because of the error, Mendelsohn corrected the card for m101-4, twice. First he briefly added a portrait to waist shot of the true Oscar Stanage, which is scarce because it was soon removed and replaced by a more "action" shot consistent with the rest of the set. Here's the final version:
