Ruth and Gehrig Photo history

I traded for this photograph back in 1988 because I really liked it and I have had it hanging in a frame ever since. The back is blank. Any info on origin and just how common it may be are appreciated.

Ruth and Gehrig Photo history

I believe the image is from the day of Gehrig's "Luckiest man in the world" speech and Ruth is giving him a big hug in Yankee stadium. I've seen a few examples of this photo. If it's original, it's valuable as it's a famous image.
