Posted By: judson hamlin Biggest surprise was the announcement of the sale of the show to Hunt Auctions, effective for the March show (in Valley Forge). The pre-war cards were well represented, as always, with prices from fair to what the ...? |

Posted By: Jodi Birkholm No major finds on my end (but I wasn't looking for cards). It has been great to catch up with everyone, and nice to finally meet Ted Z. I agree that the turnout seemed to be better than previous Friday opening nights. It started out somewhat slow, but picked up as the evening progressed. |

Posted By: AndyH No majors finds for me either, but like several others I enjoyed meeting Ted Z. and picking up another T206 with the purple numbers back stamp from him. A nice example of Mike Powers, and with a Hindu back just for that added touch. Thanks a lot Ted! |

Posted By: Paul Wasn't the '49 Leaf Newhouser variation supposed to make an appearance at this show? I'd be interested to hear what Ted or anyone else has to say about it. |

Posted By: Danny Grimes met, Ted Z for the 1st time, and thought very highly of him. i love what he does for this hobby/board; and for the rest of the community along with many others to expand our knowledge in t206's. I wish to get my t206 Hal Chase collection up to where his is |

Posted By: Chris East I just want to say for the record that all of you in regions of the country with regular shows like this that feature pre-war should consider yourselves lucky. Down here in Alabama the pickings are slim; we don't even have any mall-type shows locally to hope to find the occasional pre-war card in a case. |
