chip in paper at "12'10 am" above Cobb's head in white border I think kept this baby from grading 80-84*. My understanding from other board members is that SGC is brutal on this kind of stuff. Just look at this thing!

SGC is brutal on chipping. I have a similar E94 Young that has a chip on the white of the left border, but is otherwise clean and nm. It also is graded SGC 50.

...is quite harsh on chipping. I have some GAI graded E95's that won't even cross over to a half a grade less into an SGC holder because of chipping.
