I follow a photo blog called 'If Charlie Parker Was a Gunslinger, There'd be a Whole Lot of Dead Copycats', and they just posted up a vintage Baseball cabinet card. See it here. Anybody know who it is? Is this a major leaguer?

Looks like a Goodwin proof for card 233-2 Buster Hoover...using OJ book as reference.

Buster Hoover, pose 233-2. Gilbert and Bacon did the proofs for the 1888 Philadelphia NL images. Buy the Old Judge book---it's all in there.
