Dont worry about being trimmed--a fellow Net54 member gave me some info on the measurements and i measured it with a ruler and came out to exact dimensions.
It should be legit. 2 1/2 x 3 3/4

No...just that if you are going to ask that high of a price, usually a back scan is necessary. Especially if they are saying that the card is PR/FR. I want to see how bad the paper loss, wrinkles, etc. that warrant such a low technical grade on such a nice looking card.
