Ebay seller - not so honest about "RARE" 1955 Pittsburgh roster

The seller notes in the item description - "May be the only one in the world". I e-mailed him and told him I had one to sell and would offer it to him for $400. His response - "i have 13 of them now.. but thanks ". Only one in the world indeed!
