Consensus says this is a later commemorative type card. Does anyone have info on it or has anyone seen one before? it is approx 5 1/2 x 7 with a very even and glossy surface. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would say based on others doing the heavy lifting and dating it to the 40's but before 1950 that it was issued in 1948 along with a Plethora of other Ruth items after the death of the Babe. Just MHO

Never seen those 2 immages together on 1 piece before. Fantasy piece glossy? Or later promo cards?
