Is this some sort of huge printing mark? It wasn't labeled as (MK) so I would assume PSA's opinion is it was printed on the card?

Could be a drag mark where something was pulled across the sheet when that color was wet.
Or a plate scratch. Finding a second one with the identical mark would put it more in the plate scratch category. Steve B |

Looks too uniform to be a stray ink mark. I would guess it came during the printing process. Could have been labeled PD for Print Defect if they wanted?
