This looks like the Milton Bradley version of the Ryan / Kooseman rookie. This would make the card far rarer then the regular Topps version.

A PSA 8 Ryan 1968 MB just sold on eBay tonight for $7400.

Most obvious is one of the side having a white border on the front.

The other distinction is the color of the back is more yellow instead of gold.
