Is this DiMaggio autograph authentic? What are the keys for an authentic DiMaggio signature?

That is authentic and your second question is too much info for one post. Keep looking at real ones and compare them against fake ones to get a better feel. That photo is 11x14 and on some type of paper stock if I remember correctly, I have one just like it in my collection. It is one of, if not my favorite DiMaggio photos

a horrible J o e (hate the e) that can resemble that of many forgeries. I prefer better examples to rest assured. All those 11 x 14 scoreboard photos are signed herky jerky like that. Here's my 8 x 10 of the same photo and another I no longer own.
