I will give a SWAG (scientific wild ass guess) of value at $75-$150....if the Klein was in better shape it would be more, of course. Just a guess (it could be more) and you really will never know unless you put it in a big auction venue and see what it gets. Neat strip otherwise....

| Or...

... you could just sell it to me for that $75-150, and set the market price yourself, for future generations to venerate and tout!!!! Last edited by 36GoudeyMan; 12-21-2015 at 11:31 AM. |

Would this strip be considered a salesman's sample? Tom C |

I have bought several strips(small parts of a sheet) over the years including a few here on Net54. Usually they sell for around the price of the players on it sold as singles or a little less. If there is a big star then they can sell for a premium.

Perhaps. But I gotta believe an Arnovich, Demaree and Jurges - commons all - on a strip is more rare than their single cards, with a definite run-up in value / price. FWIW, this is the 1st '41PB strip I've ever seen. Still would be nice to own inspite of the damage to Klein.

Definitely not a salesman sample, just an uncut strip. I'm working on a full set like this and am about 60% complete, they pop up every so often. From my experience Leon's estimate is about right, the condition is pretty rough. Here's mine, minus some recent additions |

It's a good item, but a thin market, IMO. I should mention that I am wrong all the time. |
