Nice card...I been watching this one!! Since I own a PSA 2(mk) as well, tho that all same grades are not visually the same.
As stated, given the grade due to the erasure on the back. Looks like a 4-5 grade as stated

At some time, most likely in its early history, someone (probably a youngster!) wrote the number “7” in an open area on the card’s reverse just below the card’s catalog set number “311”. The hand written number was later erased; however, the impression and ghost of the number remain. In simple terms, the card is forever scarred. Now comes the decision. Without the faint reminder of a single number, handwritten by a child, penned on the card’s reverse, this well preserved relic would probably grade somewhere between a PSA 4 VG-EX or PSA 5 EX.
