eBay buyer warning.

Just a friendly warning - deadbeat eBay buyer joseph_m0. Purchased an item and paid via echeck. No biggie, wait 3 days, fails to clear, sits for another 3, bounces again. So I try to contact him for alternate payment, no response. Meanwhile I can see based on feedback that he's still buying other stuff. It'll be 2 weeks total of wasted time by the time my upi claim resolves.
