I just went through the entire thread that Glenn linked. I love the last few posts about how "Doug did the right thing" by pulling the fake example from his Legendary auction. Haha! While truthful, the irony of that statement in the context of everything else Doug Allen has done makes me want to puke.

Real ones are very rare. I found out the hard way a few times, if i recall correctly. I think I still have a few fakes.

Just read the entire original post about determining whether the wrapper was fake. A very informative read.
You would never learn about this stuff if you were not a Net54 member.

There was talk about using black lights to help you determine whether a wrapper was made with modern paper. When one talks about modern, what time period is that?
Also, can someone recommend a black light to buy?
