| T205 Question........

Anybody have any information or done any research on why the one ear Chase is such a tough card to get? It’s not listed as a short print and you never see them for sale. There is a really nice one right now on the Sterling Auction site, the first one I’ve seen in a long time, sadly when I put my max. bid in, it was instantly out bid.......so, why is the one ear Chase so tough if it’s not a short print ??

Chase one ear is a short print. Some people might call it a variation because he had 2 poses like Bresnahan, Collins and Wallace, but it is a tougher card. Legends of the Game just sold one in their last auction to give you an idea what it sells for. However, it goes for a lot more than the other Chase.

+1 There are quite a few 2 ear varieties at any given time on the bay..but I don't see any 1-ear varieties. And some Sp's are even tougher than others, and my seat of the pants guess is that the 1-ear Chase is a pretty tough short print. https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fro...LH_TitleDesc=0 Quote:
