Looking for the variation with no line under the team box, in a nice reasonably centered PSA 4 or 4.5.

And the two different types were a result of double printing with slightly different artwork on each? Both available in the same quantities (and same value)?

Yes as far as I know neither has a premium associated with it. I believe the basic image is identical just a few idiosyncratic differences front and back. Sometimes on the fakes the fronts don't match the backs.
