Mystery Shaq Card - Help Needed

Came across this oversized 1992 Stadium Club Shaw that i cannot find anything on. Does anybody have any info? Notice the missing 1992 rookie above the Stadium Club logo and SL missing as well...

I cannot find comps on ebay or other sites, just trying to figure out what this is and secondarily, what it could be worth.

The ebay card you listed has the 1992 Draft Pick right above the stadium club logo on the front, the oversized card on the left in my original post does not. The card on ebay has the team name to the right of the stadium club logo in gold foil, the oversized card does not.

Proofs and production leftovers missing the foil isn't uncommon.

I know this is a little old, and I'm sure someone has given you the info, but that's the Kenner Starting Lineup logo. It's the 1993 card that was included with the Shaq Figure... the missing foil is a printing error... there does seem to be two variations one with the border and one without. The one with the border I've seen described as an oversized proof.

Beckett and PSA are basically useless on this...

The seem to be priced for a lot on ebay, etc. missing foil who knows?
