What the heck are these?
Been all over the Interwebs, and can find a lot of Signal Oil PCL issues, but not these. Test issues? Can't find any finished cards that looked like these.

I can't really see them being worth under $100 each for a name like Libke and maybe double that for a name like Zernial. But who knows you never see them
