PSA Grading a 1887 Gold Coin Skinned Question
Hello - I apologize if this question is redundant and I did search but with no luck. SGC will not grade a skinned card, but will PSA? I know at best it will be authentic but do not want to waist my time sending an 1887 Gold Coin card I have that is skinned.

Within the past year, or so, I submitted this skinned OJ to both SGC and PSA and neither would holder it, despite [me] providing examples where they both did. So, I decided to holder it myself
