Enlighten us unenlightened types. . . what's the issue? Crazy price? Seller has exemplary feedback and over 15K feedbacks.

I've never seen the card before. Maybe it's a $1000 card.

Brian, I gather that the seller of this card has a card shop in your area. You should pay him a visit and make him an offer he can't refuse!
