Anyone able to ID this?

Not sure if it is legit or if it was issued in what looks like a frame. No idea of size but looks to me to be strip card perhaps??

I think its from the 1925-31 w590 strip card set out of the frame

Never have seen it, that I remember. I suppose you can't see the back to see if there is anything on it? I would lean towards a strip card, or cut ad card, put in a frame back in the day. Maybe issued that way?

Could also just be newspaper clipping or from a game program?
