Default Need help identifying a 1965 card. Possibly a salesman sample?

I’m in the process of researching a 1965 Topps baseball card (with Don Blasingame on the front) that has been tucked away in a binder that I've owned for 40+ years. Not really sure where it came from. I’m doing this because I’m currently liquidating a good portion of my collection and I want to know what exactly this card is. To the best of my knowledge it’s a salesman/promo sample but I haven’t found another card (yet) that features the same background. Anybody have any thoughts?

Yes indeed. (Image cred to Anthony) just as a note, I believe 1965 samples are one of the toughest years of any 50s/60s topps samples.

Here is my contribution to the 1965 salesman sample conversation. The front is Al McBean.

Default 1965 Topps Salesman

I knew of 4 salesman samples. These were: (1) Haddix-Maxvill-Howard, (2) Knoop-Conigliaro-Lee, (3) Herbel-Gibbon-Charles, and (4) Salmon-Thomas-Rollins.

The back you posted makes the McBean part of a different sample. This sample is most likely: McBean-Camilli-Wilson
