Here is one of the few pieces I have of advertising. Its original charcoal drawing for Kendall Oil featuring none other than Bucky Crouse. Bucky played for the White Sox from 23-30, so I can date this piece from that period. It was used for magazines, etc. and there is space where the dealer, retail outlet, etc. could simply add their information for the ad.

I placed the ruler and card there to show its size. I've had this piece for several years just stashed away in a closet. Enjoy.

Shouldn’t really be too hard if you scan a couple of I’s, rotate one, manipulate, etc.

There is a reason, I don't have an Etsy storefront, but scanning is not a bad idea. I just want a better looking finished project.

The back of the piece.

.

I’m not saying it would be perfect but I think you could manufacture something to improve your item’s “displayability.” I enjoy doing my own little low end “improvements.”

Agreed and "displayability" is important because CARS AIRS doesn't make any sense. I don't like purchasing incomplete pieces, but the item was too cheap to pass on and I have not seen another.

Default Rawlings Brooks Robinson

Saw a couple cool Orioles items. Thought to share my Rawlings Brooks Robinson advertisement. I believe from the mid-1960s. Pretty rare.

Wow.... Really love the 1969 Louisville Slugger, Phil Rizzuto Wheaties and ZipZ Disc Ads. Great stuff everyone!

Here's one I have not shown yet... a mid-century classic. Please excuse the reflection and glare...

Awesome Mark! I doubt a better condition one exists! So incredibly difficult to find this 3D cardboard sign without it being crushed, torn or players missing.

Thanks Michael...

I held out seemingly forever to find one like this. I don't think you could intentionally create a piece that's as susceptible to damage as this one. And I need to thank Gary P. (of this forum) for the assist in finding this one.
