47 negatives is a bunch but I have seen sellers on ebay with hundreds of negatives who are power sellers and do tens of thousands of sales. Still...
With regard to neutrals, I never have quite figured those out. I had 10 positives from people who are no longer on ebay and they converted them to neutrals. Kinda weird if you ask me.
