doesn't any legitimate website give you a phone number to call,i can't find one.this guy has you contact him and CUSTOMER SERVICE will follow-up within 24 hours

This sounds like Toni's Sportscards. See the thread on this topic below. This guy is definately one to stay away from as he has a very convincing scam going. He is ANYTHING but legitimate.
