Ray, the label in the pants probably reads "sanforized". It was a pre-shrinking process and it would probably date the pants to no earlier than 1930. |

I would not be surprised if the pants were something different. I took a gamble thinking the top was made by Horace Partridge and they manufactured early uniforms. I take too many gambles - some good some not so good - and this may just be one of the not so good ones |

Definately not baseball. Long sleeves and pockets on the front would lead me to believe that this would be a band or color guard uniform. I also don't think the pair are matching. |
