this isn't pre-war related, but i'm wondering how bad does a card have to be for PRO to give something a low grade? i think this must be the first card PRO hasn't given a 9 or 10 |

Hello, my only experience with Pro Grading worked out well. I bought a PRO 7 T206 Dunn for $33.00, cracked it and sent it to PSA and it came back a PSA 6, so I was pleased. |
