Walter Johnson Identification Help

Does anybody know what this is?

It measures 7.5 x 9.5, it has a blank back and is on thin paper.

I'm in a coffee shop right now and can't look it up, but I sold a bunch of these a few years ago and the prices were in alignment with the Guide, which was nothing spectacular.
