Taking into account that Ruth was in every box I guess it's no surprise he gets little respect. Here's a few boxes I picked up recently. They're kind of colorful, in a sissy sort of way . I think this Ruth might be a Canadian version, with the "Made In USA" caption at bottom..regards..

The "MADE IN USA" line is fairly scarce, Id say less than 5% have it. I have looked at almost every single R316 on eBay in last 5 years or so and rarely see it. A couple years ago I did see one complete set offered in a (non-eBay) auction with all the cards having the "MADE IN USA" line.
I think they are Canadian, the first 2 I bought were from noncollectors in Canada who originally found them in Canada. Right now I have 3 with the "MADE IN USA" line, Faber, Foxx, and P.Waner.

The "MADE IN USA" cards are slightly smaller too. The cards I have are all 3-11/32" by 4-1/2", a full 5/32" narrower than the size listed in the SCD.
