The "MADE IN USA" line is fairly scarce, Id say less than 5% have it. I have looked at almost every single R316 on eBay in last 5 years or so and rarely see it. A couple years ago I did see one complete set offered in a (non-eBay) auction with all the cards having the "MADE IN USA" line. |
