My O'Doul is a 1930 W554. It's from an 18 card set that's loaded with HOFers. The cards usually measure 5" x 7", & the issuer of these cards is unknown. They do share the same images as the 1929 Kashin Publications R316's, & 1929 W553 ornate border strip cards. Yours looks like a W554 with the bottom cut off. |

I'm beginning to like the Goudeys. Got a '34 Gehrig (PSA 2) on the way back. I accused this brand new seller of selling a fake, it looked 99% good to me, but it luminesced too much under UV. He was adamant it was real, so I sub'd it in to prove him wrong. Man, did I eat crow. Apologized profusely and left him a positive, but I don't expect he will recip. Will post it tomorrow, I hope. |
