Love how his description lists the card as an SGC 60...but provides no pics of a slabbed card....then move down the page to his questions and answers section just recently updated....what a jerk.

This auction was not done through ebay's turbo lister, but it has the little watermarks on the photos that turbo lister puts on the auction...something tells me he's got some stolen scans there.

It is obvious from the information given in the listing and his answer to the question that he has lifted the info about Mathewson and the card from some other source. Then, it is obvious that his description of the card's condition is also wrong. He states the card has four sharp corners when the picture shows ROUNDED corners.

If the card is NOT graded, which he seems to be saying in his broken English response, then he has LIED about it and the listing should be taken down or changed. Looks like another scam artist trying to steal money for Christmas.

I wrote the seller of the Gehrig a couple days ago. It looks like he/she updated the info at the bottom. At least they look honest by the update, but they still should know that a reprint is basically worthless. Oh well.

To top it off, I'm pretty sure the card's a reprint. Hard to tell from the scans, but stay far away from this auction.

A lot of the reprints that look close have misaligned general baking backs with more space on the bottom.
